DESIGNED BY A MOM
After becoming a new mom, I struggled to find toys that would keep my son engaged and focused at a young age. Through observation, I found him capable of calm and concentration doing focused activities (i.e. scooping, transferring, pouring) than he ever was with battery-operated toys. With this and my background in design, I wanted to make my own brand of materials that would enable this natural way of learning. Maria Montessori once observed that every child has a natural desire to learn and this became the inspiration for Natural Playbox. –Angie
FAMILY-OWNED BUSINESS
We are family-owned and based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Our products are finished in the US with imported raw materials such as our coconut bowls and fiber net bags sourced from the Philippines. Together with a non-profit organization, we employ individuals with disabilities to help finish and assemble our products—giving them the opportunity to become contributing members of the community—all while supporting our family-owned business.

Here at Natural Playbox, we care about the environment and we believe it’s our responsibility to leave a better world for our children. That’s why we only use natural and sustainable materials from our products to our packaging.
